The council was awarded third place in the National Association of Local Councils (NALC) award for annual report of the year.
Sponsored by the Local Council Review and Cooperative Bank, the award aims to promote best practice in communication by local councils through community newsletters, websites and annual reports.
The best value performance plan is a statement of the council's strategy and achievements which is produced annually. Copies are available from Huntingdon Town Council at 1 Trinity Place, Hartford Road, Huntingdon, and can be viewed on the council's website at www.huntingdontown.gov.uk
