A MOTORIST suffered minor injuries in a crash at an accident blackspot on the A1.
Emergency services were sent to the northbound carriageway at Southoe at just after 3pm yesterday (Monday).
The motorist was taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital.
The Highways Agency closed the outside lane while the vehicle was recovered, damage to the road was fixed and oil on the road was removed.
The closure caused significant tailbacks. It remained until 5.20pm.
