A car smashed into a garage in Huntingdon on Monday.
The incident took place in The Whaddons at about 3.45pm, with police and ambulance services called to the scene.
A spokesman for Cambridgeshire police said a BMW X5 left the road and collided with a garage, causing extensive damage to a wall.
When emergency services arrived, the motorist was still in the car and, because of the danger of the wall collapsing, Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service was called.
The motorist, a man, was released from the car and treated for what police described as minor injuries.
