First home in the 10K run, at Cambourne, was David Wilson, of the Thames Hare and Hounds club in a time of 33 minutes and 42 seconds and the first woman to finish was Becky Hair, of Cambridge and Coleridge Athletics Club in a time of 40 minutes and 45 seconds. The winner of the one mile fun run was Isaac Rothwell in 5 minutes 41 seconds while the first female finisher was Emily Williams in 6 minutes and 25 seconds. Lesley Scobell, marketing manager for Cambourne Business Park and one of the organisers, said: We were delighted to welcome our local MP, Heidi Allen, to present todays prizes to our talented winners. Its fantastic to be celebrating a decade of 10K success and really worthwhile fundraising effort at Cambourne. Cambridge-based Arthur Rank Hospice, which supports people with life-limiting conditions, was the main charity to benefit from the run which raised about £5,000.
