HOUGHTON Grange developers have unveiled a masterplan of the former poultry research facility.
The new plan for the 90-home development in Houghton Road, on the edge of St Ives, includes improved links to bus stops, widened footpaths, and a path to The Thicket.
The site previously had planning consent but, because of the recession, the project was not started and the permission lapsed.
A decision about whether to grant a new planning consent will be made by Huntingdonshire District Council’s development management panel on March 19.
