Man taken to hospital after falling from tree in Great Gidding

The Magpas helicopter team was scrambled after a man fell from a tree in Great Gidding this morning (Thursday).
At 11.45am, helimedix Dr Sarah Hazleman and paramedic Dan Cody were flown to the scene.
The man, who was in his 50s, had suffered lower body injuries and was given enhanced pain relief.
He was taken to Peterborough City Hospital by the East of England Ambulance Service. His condition was said to have been stable.
