A MAN was robbed in Huntingdon by two boys on Wednesday afternoon.
The victim, 47, was sheltering from the rain on The Common, close to Harebell Close, around 3.45pm when two boys on bikes approached him wearing hooded tops, jogging bottoms and black balaclavas, and knocked him to the ground.
One boy grabbed the victim’s bag and when he refused to let go, the other boy began to kick him. They rode away with the bag containing cash.
Detective Sergeant Jim Donnington has urged anyone who witnessed the incident or saw the boys prior to the robbery to contact the police.
