A man arrested after a pursuit which led to the A1198 being closed at Papworth on Tuesday has been remanded in custody.
Michael Elmstrom, 34, of Dunnock Way, St Ives, is charged with causing criminal damage, dangerous driving, failing to stop for police, possessing an offensive weapon and sending malicious communications.
Magistrates at Peterborough remanded him in custody until April 4 when he will appear at Peterborough Crown Court.
