Man escapes overturned car with minor injuries in Huntingdonshire village

A man escaped with only minor injuries after his car overturned in Buckden yesterday (Thursday).

Police were called to Perry Road at 7.36pm to find the upside-down silver Mini Cooper in the road.

Despite major damage to the front of the car, the man, in his 30s only received minor injuries.

Ambulance crews attended at 7.39pm and the man was treated for a hand injury before he was discharged on-site.
