A man has died following a collision on the A1.
Emergency services were called to a stretch of the A1 near Peterborough Service Station, at Haddon, shortly before 2pm, along with East of England Ambulance Service and Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service crews.
A spokesman for Cambridgeshire police said: “The collision involved a HGV and a man who has died.
“The A605 is open however HGVs are not able to access the service station and are advised to avoid the area.
“Anyone who witnessed the collision should contact the road policing unit on 101 quoting CC-12122017-0236.”
