A man has been arrested today (Monday) on suspicion of the rape of a 16-year-old girl in Huntingdon.
The incident is alleged to have taken place on Friday afternoon, with a large police presence and cordon in place around the area.
A spokesman for Cambridgeshire police said: “Reports of a serious assault in California Road were investigated at around 1.30pm on Friday and a man arrested this morning (Monday) and remains in police custody.”
