Police officers remain at Loves Way, in St Neots, today (Sunday) after the body of a woman was discovered in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The woman, who has not yet been named and is believed to be in her twenties, was pronounced dead at about 4.20am in Loves Way following an incident at a nearby address.
A 25-year old man was arrested on Saturday morning on suspicion of murder is being questioned at Thorpe Wood Police Station in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire police have confirmed.
An area of scrub land in Loves Way has been cordoned off.
