A MAN has been arrested after an off-duty police officer spotted a suspected stolen caravan on the A141 at Sapley yesterday (May 2).
The caravan, which was being towed by a people carrier, was seen by the officer at about 12.45pm and was stopped by traffic officers at Brampton Hut.
Police have arrested a 61-year-old man on suspicion of theft.
He was released on bail and will return to Huntingdon Police Station on June 15.
