Man arrested after Barclays Bank, Kimbolton ram-raid

A 44-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a ram-raid on Kimbolton High Street.

A 44-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a ram-raid on Kimbolton High Street.

A JCB digger was used to smash into Barclays Bank in the early hours of this morning and police were called just before 1.30am.

The ATM machine was taken containing an undisclosed amount of cash and other vehicles were used as getaway cars.

The man, from Peterborough, is currently being held at Thorpe Wood Police Station.
