Officers have released CCTV images after a man and a woman were attacked by a group of people in St Ives on Saturday (October 12).
The 46-year-old man and 33-year-old woman got into an argument with a group of people in The Broadway at about 11.50pm. He was head-butted by a man in the group, while the woman was punched when she tried to help him.
The group got in a taxi going to Ramsey.
Detectives want to trace these two people in connection with the assault.
A police spokesman said the victims received minor injuries and were shaken by the incident. They did not need to go to hospital.
