A lorry has spilled palettes laden with bricks onto the road after a collision in Ramsey St Mary’s this morning (Tuesday).
Cambridgeshire police were called at about 7.40am following reports of a collision in St Mary’s Road.
A spokesman for the police said: “A lorry has come off the road less than half a mile from Ramsey on the B1040 and is on its side in a ditch.
“A number of palettes of bricks have fallen into the road, which is now closed while recovery takes place.”
The spokesman added that the driver of the lorry had minor injuries.
