Part of the A14 is still blocked after a lorry jack-knifed and crashed into the central reservation.
The outside lane of the eastbound carriageway is closed at Catworth after the crash shortly after 11am.
A Cambridgeshire police spokesman said that the driver was out of the vehicle and shaken, but was not seriously injured.
He added there were reports of diesel on the road.
The Highways Agency is warning of severe delays running up to junction 15 of the A14 due to the earlier incident
