LLOYDS TSB in Huntingdon will close for refurbishment next Friday (August 2) for two and a half weeks.
The bank, which is situated opposite the George Hotel on Huntingdon High Street, will re-open on Wednesday August 21.
The refurbishment will make the bank more open plan removing the current foyer, creating a larger area inside and changing the colour scheme.
Two cash machines will still be operating outside of the bank and customers needing face to face services are advised to use branches in St Ives and St Neots.
The bank will be holding a re-opening party on Friday August 30 between 11am and 3pm with drinks, canapes and a sweet shop for children.
