The boss of Premier League title-chasers Leicester City had five points added to his licence by magistrates after admitting speeding on the A14 near Huntingdon.
Foxes manager Claudio Ranieri, 64, appeared at Peterborough Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Ranieri, who lives in Leicester, pleaded guilty by post to driving his Mercedes Benz at 96mph on a stretch of the A14 at Bythorn on October 13, 2015.
The Leicester boss was fined £700, ordered to pay £85 costs and hit with a £70 victims’ surcharge.
Despite his driving woes, the Italian has enjoyed a spectacular start to the season at Leicester, guiding his side to victory over Chelsea as they moved top of the league at Christmas.
The Foxes currently sit just two points off leaders Arsenal.
