Customers of the Somersham Tesco Express have complained of a bad sewage-like odour throughout the store.
The issue at the High Street shop, thought to be caused by a blocked drain, is hoped to be sorted out today (Wednesday).
A Tesco spokesman said: “One of the drains near to our store has been partially blocked which means that there has occasionally been an unpleasant odour in store. We are working with our neighbours to solve the issue and a drainage team will be on site on Wednesday.”
