Officers want to trace the owner of a silver tea spoon they think has been stolen in a burglary.
Pc Jo Grant has appealed for information after the distinctive piece of cutlery was recovered.
She said: “I know this may seem like a small object however it may hold some sentimental value to somebody and also may give us information in order to solve other burglary offences.
“Any information you have would be gratefully received and may help us in solving this particularly nasty and personal sort of crime.”
