If you’ve got a collection of coins leftover from your summer holiday, then you could put them towards a few good causes this Saturday (January 18)
The Mayor of Huntingdon, Bill Hensley, and volunteers will be holding a bucket collection outside the town’s Tesco.
All donations of British coins – and notes – welcomed, but they will also be collecting any foreign coins that need a new home. So, grab those leftover Euros and pop them in the buckets ahead of your Saturday shop.
All of the money is being donated to the mayor’s charities, which is supporting 10 good causes around the town.
INFORMATION: From 10am-5pm.
