Families, friends and neighbours gathered together to enjoy an Easter egg hunt and a petting zoo at Coneygear Park in Huntingdon.

Organised by the Snack Shack team in association with Huntingdon Town Council the day saw young and old turn out to search the park for chocolate treats and pet lambs, goats, pigs and chickens.

Medway Centre manager Shilpa Desai-Sakaldip said: “This was our most attended event yet at the park; we must have had around 400 people there. It was just fantastic day.

During the day the mayor of Huntingdon Councillor Bill Hensley also helped judge a bonnet competition after children created their owns hats at home.
