The silver Nokia phone, with the heartfelt message, and a black Samsung phone, along with photographs of Sue Noades son, Jack, who died after he was involved in a car accident on New Years Day, 2015, were in her handbag which she mislaid during a night out. There were also photos of her daughter, Zoe, aged 18. Jack, aged 19, drowned after a freak accident in which his car landed upside down in a stream. He was driving along the Barford Road in Tempsford, Bedfordshire, in the early hours of New Years Day when the car struck a barrier and flipped on its roof and ended up in the water, leaving the teenager unable to escape. Jack was described as a loving and outgoing young man and more than 400 people attended his funeral. Sue, from Great Paxton, is appealing to anyone who knows where the bag or the phones are to contact her, or her partner, Dale Green I am absolutely heartbroken - I cant bring my son back, but that text message and the photos are so precious to me, she said. There are several messages on the phone, but in one of them he says I love you and it means the world to me. There are other personal possessions in the bag and money, but I really just want the phone and the photos. The large, rigid bag is dark pink and it went missing during the evening of January 15 and Sue believes she may have left it next to a bench outside the Oast Lounge and the Priory Centre. She sat on the bench before going home after watching Dale play pool. I wasnt really with it that night as I had taken some strong pain killers for a bad neck, and January is never a good time for me as it is the anniversary of Jacks death. Someone said later that they remembered seeing the bag next to the bench, but we couldnt find it the next morning. We have searched the area and are hoping CCTV cameras may show something. If anyone finds the bag, or the mobile phones or photographs, they should call Dale on 07904654263 or email Sue on: firstname.lastname@example.org or they could be handed in at the Oast Lounge or Priory Centre.
