HUNTINGDONSHIRE District Council’s executive leader Jason Ablewhite has comfortably retained his St Ives East seat, with UKIP comfortably taking second place ahead of Labour, Liberal Democrat and Loony, whose candidate Lord Toby Jug safely allowed William Hill to avoid paying out on his bet that he would exceed the 566 votes he polled three years ago.
