TRAFFIC was delayed through Hartford this morning (Wednesday) while a man was treated by paramedics.
Police said a man had been “taken ill” in his car at the traffic lights at the junction of Hartford Road and Desborough Road shortly before 8am.
Traffic was backed up as the man was treated by ambulance crews at the scene, before being taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital.
A police spokesman confirmed that the man’s car had been cleared from the road at 8.18am, and that traffic was flowing freely.
