Gold worth �1,000 stolen from St Ives shop

MORE than �1,000 of scrap gold was stolen from an antiques shop in St Ives.

Police have issued CCTV footage of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

It happened at 11.15am on Saturday (October 29) at Hyperion Antiques and Salerooms in Station Road.

Pc Jon Marshall, investigating, said: “We would like to speak to this man as we believe he may have important information to assist our investigation.”
