THE identity of a motorist who died in a single-vehicle collision on the A14 has been revealed by police.

Kenneth Dale, 64, of Sage’s Lane, Peterborough, died after a crash at 10.30am on Friday on the westbound carriageway between Godmanchester and the Spittals interchange.
The vehicle struck the central reservation.
Nobody else was injured.
Both carriageways were closed and diversions put in place.
Long delays built up on the A14 with queues stretching back to the M11.

The road was fully reopened at 12.45pm.
