Students and staff at St Ivo school are putting the finishing touches to their production of Cabaret.
It has a cast of more than 30 singers, dancers and actors and a full, professional orchestra, who will recreate the decadent end of the Weimar Republic.
The director, Amanda Crellin, said: “I was thrilled that we have at last been able to get a licence to put on this powerful piece of theatre. We are blessed with an excellent cast of very committed students and two amazing leads who I’m sure will go on to great things in the world of music and theatre.”
INFORMATION: Starts at 7.30pm at The Burgess Hall from February 3-5. Tickets £7.50 for adults with £5 concessions from the school in person, www.stivoschool.org, or www.ticketsource.co.uk/burgesshall.
