Get ready for a fantastic bonfire night at displays around the county

Spectacular fireworks displays will be taking place all around the county to mark bonfire night.
Friends and families will gather under the stars and share tasty treats while marvelling at the dazzling displays.
We have compiled a list of events in Cambridgeshire to help plan a perfect evening out.
Expect spooky costumes and fireworks at Alconbury Sports and Social Club on November 1, as well as a disco, barbecue and a children and adults fancy dress costume parade.
INFORMATION: Fireworks start 7.30pm, children’s parade 6.30pm and adults parade 8pm. Tickets from the club, The Manor and The Farm Shop: £10 for families, £4 adults, £2 children and under fives free. On the gate, £12 for families, £5 adults, £3 children and free for under fives.

There will be live music, a hog roast, a barbecue and other entertainment at Buckden Marina’s bonfire and fireworks diplay on November 1.
INFORMATION: Gates at 6.30pm for 7.30pm display. Pre-booked tickets cost £4.50 for adults, £3 for children and £12 for families and can be booked by calling 01480 810355 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. On the gate, entry will cost £5 for adults, £4 for children and £16 for families.
The Wilderness next to The Green will play host to a firework display complete with hotdogs, burgers, homemade soup, hot chocolate and other refreshments.
INFORMATION: Gates open at 6pm, with fireworks at 7pm on November 2. Parking in the village hall car park. Tickets are £3 adults, £1 children.
Hemingford’s annual display is on November 2, taking place off London Road, St Ives. It includes a bonfire, children’s funfair and licensed bar.
INFORMATION: Gates open at 5pm, bonfire lighting at 5.30pm and fireworks at 6.30pm. Free parking. Family tickets, in advance, £10, call 07784 586267. Family tickets on the gate are £16, adult tickets £5 and children’s tickets £2.
Families will be treated to a firework display at Eynesbury Rovers Football Club on November 3.
There will be a bouncy castle and rides to entertain children plus a snack bar, barbecue and licensed bar.
INFORMATION: Gates open at 5pm and the display starts at 6.30pm. Tickets are £5 adults, £2 children/OAPs and £10 for a family ticket. Advance family tickets are £8 from the clubhouse until November 2.
There will be displays of fireworks and plenty of hot food to warm the winter night including jacket potatoes, soup, mulled wine and hot dogs at Grafham Village Hall on November 3.
INFORMATION: Entry from 6.30pm, with fireworks at 7.15pm. Entry £4 for adults and £2 for children.
There will be a display and bonfire at Judith’s Field, London Road, Godmanchester on November 5, including a fairground, sweets, candy floss, mulled wine and more.
INFORMATION: Gates open at 6.15pm, bonfire 7pm, fireworks at 7.30pm. Advance tickets £4 adults and £1.50 children from St Anne’s School, Godmanchester School, Crazy Glazy and Bellmans Bakery & Tea Rooms. On the gate, tickets £5 adults and £2.50 children.
The city will be illuminated on November 5 with a display at Midsummer Common, featuring a bonfire and funfair.
INFORMATION: Fireworks start 7.30pm. Bonfire lit immediately afterwards. Funfair open 6pm-10pm. Entry free but donations encouraged.
The sky over Coneygear Park will be lit up by fireworks at a free display on November 8.
There will be a bonfire, funfair and refreshments plus prizes will be awarded to the winners of a hedgehog-themed picture, poem and story competition held at primary schools.
INFORMATION: Entry from 5pm, with a bonfire at 6pm and fireworks at 7pm.
Visitors can enjoy a display against the stunning backdrop of Kimbolton Castle on November 8.
Taking place in the castle’s grounds, the annual display will feature a funfair and an array of food stalls.
INFORMATION: Entry from 6pm for a 7.30pm start. Tickets £10 for adults and children free. Tickets on the gate only.
