Fly-tippers dumped about 25 tonnes of waste at a farm near Godmanchester.
Huntingdonshire District Council said an investigation has been launched after the “large fly tip” was discovered at the entrance to a farm off the A1198.
According to the district council, the incident is believe to have taken place between November 16-19.
The Environment Agency has also been called in to help with efforts to track down the culprit. Officials estimate up to 25 tonnes of rubbish has been left at the site.
