Flasher exposes himself to teenagers in St Neots three times in afternoon

A FLASHER exposed himself to a group of teenagers in St Neots three times.

The man, in his 30s, cycled slowly past the group on a black and silver mountain bike and opened his shorts.

He rode off towards Fairfax Court but returner to Winhills Play Park, between Cromwell Road and Duck Lane, just after 4pm on Monday (March 12) as the group were playing on a rope swing.

DC Vanessa Dodds said: “I would like to hear from anyone who may have seen this man in the area acting suspiciously.

“We have made enquiries in the area and carried out house-to-house and I am keen to catch the man responsible.”

The flasher is described as white, six foot, slim, with short blond hair and wearing white shorts.
