A woman had to be freed by firefighters after she crashed her car into a ditch in Ramsey.
One crew from Ramsey and one crew from Huntingdon were called to the accident just off the B1040 at 5.17pm yesterday (Thursday), which involved one vehicle.
After helping the woman - who is in her early 40s - out of her car, they then left her in the care of the ambulance service before returning to base by 6.41pm.
She was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, but an ambulance service spokesman could not confirm her condition on arrival.
