Firefighters from Ramsey and Huntingdon were called to a fire at RAF Upwood over the weekend.
The incident, which investigators say was started deliberately, saw a large quantity of unknown rubbish set alight next to a derelict building on March 19.
Teams were called at 3.36pm and wore breathing apparatus and used a hose reel to extinguish the blaze, before returning to their stations 5.03pm.
Anyone with information should contact police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
