This year’s Buckfest was the most successful in the event’s five-year history, according to organisers.
There was 10 hours of music, featuring 20 bands on three stages, at the family event in Buckden on Saturday which included a playbus, stalls and a photo booth.
“It went fantasically well,” said Nicky Warnock who helped to organise the festival. Money raised will be donated to MAGPAS and the Buckden village club where the event was held.
“It is really important to us that it remains a family festival as the whole ethos when it was launched was that it would be something the whole village could get involved in and enjoy. We rely heavily on the generosity of local business sponsorship and volunteers to bring the whole event together so we would like to thank everyone who gave their time and supporeted us.”
