A ram-raider who fled jail has been recaptured after more than a year on the run.
Kevin Smith, 30, was jailed for his part in a gang’s raid on the Barclays Bank in High Street, Kimbolton, in July last year.
Smith, of Claylake, Spalding, was serving a five year, three month sentence at Hollesley Bay Prison, Suffolk, when he was found to be missing on September 30, 2013.
He was recaptured in Nottinghamshire on December 17.
