An elderly woman was treated for a serious leg injury after she suffered a fall at a house in Godmanchester on Saturday (June 3).
A crew from the East of England Ambulance Service [EEAST] and Magpas doctors were called to an incident in Earning Street, at about 10.55am, after the woman, in her 60s, fell into a window.
A spokesman for EEAST said: “She had quite badly injured her ankle. She was conscious and breathing and partially sedated at the scene.”
The woman was then taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital via land ambulance for further treatment.
She was in a stable condition upon arrival.
