Two men will appear in court following a burglary in Alconbury Weston.

Murphy Loveridge, 24, of Willington Road, Cople, Bedford, and Roy Loveridge, 44, of Church Road, Wentworth, in East Cambridgeshire, were arrested after several items, including jewellery, were stolen from a home in Buckworth Road at about 6.30pm on Wednesday, November 11.

The two men were stopped by officers near the scene and were arrested on suspicion of burglary.

After being questioned, the duo were later charged and will appear at Peterborough Crown Court on Friday.
