A man has been taken to hospital after a crash involving a lorry and a van at St Neots.
The eastbound A428 is blocked at the Barford Road roundabout following the crash at about 7.15am.
Paramedics treated a man, thought to have been driving the van, for chest pain. He was later taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Huntingdon. His injuries are not thought to be serious.
Traffic travelling westbound is being delayed.
