A WOMAN escaped unhurt after her car crashed into a ditch near Somersham last night (Tuesday).
She was trapped in her blue Ford KA after it left the B1068 between Somersham and St Ives just after 6.15pm.
Fire crews from St Ives, Chatteris and a rescue vehicle from Huntingdon used specialist cutting equipment to free the uninjured woman.
The car was recovered by 7.55pm.
