Driver dies in collision with tractor in Godmanchester
A MAN has died after a crash involving a tractor and a car in Godmanchester this afternoon (Wednesday).
Emergency services were called to West Street, between Godmanchester and the Offords, at 2pm.
A man, believed to be in his 20s, suffered fatal injuries in the crash.
Officers are trying to trace his next of kin.
The other driver involved in the collision was not injured.
The road remains closed and motorists are advised to avoid the area.

It is the second fatal collision in Godmanchester in a week after Ashlee Page-Bennett who was killed in an incident last Thursday near Wood Green Animal Shelter.
Sgt Liz Groom said: “I would appeal to anyone who was in the area and witnessed the collision to get in touch.”
