All lanes have been reopened after a crash involving a van and three cars at Spittals Interchange
Part of the A14 was closed for several hours today after the crash caused ‘significant’ damage to the barrier.
A spokesman for Cambridgeshire police said: “We were called at 9.08am to reports of a collision on the eastbound carriageway of the A14 at Spittals Interchange.
“The collision involved a van and three cars. Details of injuries are unclear at this stage.”
Highways Engaland tweeted: “The overturned car has been recovered A14M Alconbury Cambridgeshire northbound btwn J13 B1043 and A1M J14. All lanes are NOW OPEN and the earlier delays have significantly eased, many thanks to @CambsCops @cambsfrs and @EastEnglandAmb for attending earlier.”
