A 29-year-old man has been charged with dangerous driving after a car crashed into a house in Ramsey Forty Foot.
Police and fire crews were called to Ramsey Road at about 2am on April 23 following reports that a car had left the road and hit a house.
There were no reports of any injuries following the smash but the man, from Huntingdon, was subsequently arrested by police and taken to Thorpe Wood Police Station, in Peterborough.
As well as dangerous driving, the man has also been charged with drink driving, failing to report an accident, failing to stop at the scene of an accident, and possession of a class A drug.
Officers released the 29-year-old on bail to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on August 10.
