Cyclist, 16, left with serious injuries after crash with car in St Neots

A TEENAGE boy was left with serious injuries after a crash with a car in St Neots on Saturday (September 8).

The 16-year-old was cycling along Nelson Road, in Eaton Socon, at around 5.20pm when he involved in a crash with a silver Vauxhall Corsa.

The teenager was taken to Hinchingbrooke Hosptial with serious but not life-threatening injuries.

PC Aaron Murphy, investigating, said: “I’m keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or either the car or cyclist prior to it.”
