The number of businesses who have signed up to Huntingdonshire’s Heroes Welcome scheme has topped the 100 mark.

So far 113 shop and business owners have pledged to give servicemen and their families a warm welcome every time they use their service or enter their premises and are sporting the Heroes Welcome sticker.

Last week alone five businesses in Ramsey added their support to the scheme. They are PC OK Associates Ltd and Crafty Ideas, both in High Street, Best Wishes, Ramsey Discount and Pet Havens, all in Great Whyte.

Other businesses who have signed up to the scheme are Al’s Tattoo & Piercing Salon in Crosskeys Mews, St Neots, Collingtons Tea House in High Street, Brampton, Headz Up Hair Studio in High Street, Brampton, Bailey & Black in High Street, Brampton, The Dragoon in Buckden Road, Brampton, David’s Country Store in The Forge, High Street, Brampton, Frosts garden centre in Buckden Road, Brampton, The Black Bull in Church Road, Brampton, Brampton Chemist in High Street, Brampton Framing in High Street, Its Yours Gift Shop in High Street, Brampton, Measures Butchers in High Street, Brampton, New Image LTP in High Street, Brampton, and the Co-op in High Street, Brampton.
