A CAR hit a tree after colliding with a lorry at Buckden this morning (Tuesday).

Emergency services were called to the southside of the A1 roundabout after the crash on the southbound carriageway at 8.42am.

The incident is causing 10 minute delays to motorists.

A police spokesman said it wasn't believed there were any serious injuries and recovery was needed.
