Car fire in St Neots was arson, fire service says

A car that caught fire on Friday morning is said to have been deliberate, fire fighters have said.

One crew from St Neots was called to a car fire on Peppercorns Lane, Eaton Socan at around 3am.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used two hose reels to extinguish the fire before returning to their station by 4.15am.

The cause of the fire was deliberate. Anyone with information should contact police by visiting to submit an online report or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
