A car burst into flames on an A14 slip road yesterday evening.
One fire engine from Sawtry and two from Huntingdon were called to the eastbound slip road at Spittals Interchange (Junction 23) at 8.31pm.
Firefighters had extinguished the blaze using a hose reel by 8.56pm and returned to base shortly afterwards.
The cause of the fire was accidental, due to an electrical fault.
