Firefighters tackled a car fire on the northbound A1.
One crew from Stanground and one from Huntingdon were called to the stretch of road between junction 15 for Sawtry and 16 for Norman Cross at 2.15pm on Friday (April 18). Wearing breathing apparatus, they used a hose reel to put out the flames before returning to base by 3.25pm.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
