Two men arrested after police discover cannabis factory in Ramsey

A cannabis factory with around 80 plants was discovered by police after they responded to reports of violence in Ramsey.

Officers attended the former auto garage on Factory Bank on Saturday (May 23) at 10.50pm.

A 41-year-old man from Ramsey was arrested on suspicion of abstracting electricity and production of cannabis.

A 46-year-old man from Whittlesey was arrested on suspicion of production of cannabis.

They have both been released under investigation.
